  27.  questions, I present the following historical background to the
  28.  music we call ska, gleaned from liner notes I have lying
  29.  about the place, various postings to alt.music.ska, and sundry
  30.  emailings with helpful ska fans.

  106. St. Gall' are listed under `L,' even though, in a more multilingual world I
  107. would list them under `E.'

  110.   where possible.  This is rather problematic for most of the classical
  111.   Jamaican bands, since the great old Jamaican labels aren't so much around
